Terms of Service

To create event types and share booking links, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, authentic registration details (username and verified email address).
• Maintain the confidentiality of your authentication credentials and accept sole responsibility for all actions occurring under your account.
• Promptly notify Slotwise at [email protected] if you discover or suspect unauthorized account access.
• Ensure that published booking links represent genuine, bona fide availability that you intend to fulfill.

Slotwise provides both free and paid subscription plans (Free Forever, Pro, Team, and Enterprise):

Subscribers on eligible plans may connect custom domains or subdomains (e.g. meet.yourbrand.com) via DNS CNAME records. When using this feature:

• You warrant that you own or possess legal authorization to configure the specified domain name.
• You may not map domains that infringe on third-party trademarks or deceive users into phishing scams.
• Slotwise provides automatic TLS certificate provisioning; however, you remain responsible for DNS propagation and registrar maintenance.

When utilizing team scheduling, round-robin dispatching, and multi-seat webinars:

• Team owners are responsible for managing member invitations and administrative permission tiers.
• In group events with maximum capacity limits, booking locks prevent overbooking; however, hosts remain responsible for participant conduct during sessions.

Slotwise provides REST APIs and HMAC-SHA256 signed webhooks for workflow automation:

• API keys are confidential credentials. Never expose secret keys in client-side repositories or public repositories.
• Rate limits (100 requests per minute by default) are strictly enforced to preserve platform availability for all users.
• Webhook delivery retries follow exponential backoff for up to 5 attempts before marking delivery failed.

You agree not to misuse the Service. Prohibited activities include:

• Utilizing automated bots to crawl, harvest, or spam booking links.
• Squatting on calendar timeslots without intending to attend scheduled meetings.
• Publishing booking links associated with fraudulent schemes, malware distribution, or deceptive harassment.
• Attempting to probe, scan, or breach our security architecture without coordinated vulnerability authorization.

You may cancel your account at any time via your Account Settings dashboard. Upon cancellation:

• Active public scheduling links will immediately cease accepting new bookings.
• Account credentials and relational records are purged in accordance with our 30-day retention schedule.
• Slotwise reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate our Acceptable Use Policy.

We strive for 99.9% scheduling availability. However, the Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis:

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Slotwise shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or business opportunities resulting from missed meetings or calendar sync delays. Our total cumulative liability is capped at the total amount paid by you to Slotwise in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Delaware, United States (or applicable commercial jurisdiction), without regard to its conflict of law principles. Parties agree to resolve any dispute through good-faith negotiation before initiating formal binding arbitration.
